Performed voice/traffic channel selection.  Implements cell site configurations and all processes involved in settings for hand-offs.  Responsible for traffic engineering and analysis, capacity analysis, frequency planning, demographic and topography analysis using such design tools as NetAct (Totem), ANET and CELLCAD. Performs drive testing of preliminary and existing systems and testing diagnostics. Performs design, testing and site selection of telecommunications systems.

Assisted and supported to build Las Vegas, Burbank, and Riverside  Mobile Switching Center.  Developed Dallas/Forth Worth Mobile Switching Center.  Technical Consultant - Wireless Networks for Sprint PCS at Southern California and Cable Microcell Integrator / Head-End Interface Converter (CMI/HIC) at San Diego.

Provided technical support to all aspects of the forecasting process for 5ESS Switching products using several statistics techniques with an end goal of world class inventory and service performance. Developed, budgeted, planned  and scheduled for the 5ESS ( Electronic Switching Systems) switching materials.  Developed, implemented  and maintained forecasting models that work well in a changing environment so as to achieve optimal equipment and component forecast accuracy. Developed tracking, measurement and reporting tools that illustrate variation between stated forecast and actual consumption.
